Boundary wall and limestone patio in Brockweir
Brockweir, Gloucestershire
Rebuilt boundary walls and a new cream limestone patio with a large stone step, at a house in Brockweir.
The old wall had been pulled apart by roots; all of its stone, a mix of conglomerate and limestone typical of the Wye Valley, was salvaged and rebuilt. A new block wall was faced in stone on both sides, tied together so it acts as one wall.
A conglomerate stone wall raised the levels, then 900x600 cream limestone went down with a large stone step into the house, pointed in buff resin.
